Frozen Meals Service

The frozen meals service is funded to assist people who are frail aged, younger disabled and their carers who are temporarily or permanently unable to cook for themselves. Clients must live in the St George area.

Meals are delivered fortnightly by volunteers. There is a wide range of soups, main meals and desserts available. Even mini meals for people who like to eat small amounts. All meals are nutritionally balanced. Meals for people with special dietary needs are also available.

Costs are:

• Soup $1.10
• Main meals $5.20
• Mini meals $3.00
• Desserts $1.40
• Cakes $1.60

Clients may ring and refer themselves or a family member, carer or medical practitioner may refer them.
