The service specialises in minor home modification, adjustments, repairs, maintenance and advice on building related matters for frail aged people, people with disabilities and their carers.
The client is asked to pay the cost of materials plus a subsidised hourly rate for labour. Financial assistance may be provided. This service also provides higher level home modifications with a referral from an Occupational Therapist.
