This group was formed to assist people who are experiencing the ongoing effects of STROKE, as well as their families and carers. They meet weekly at Mortdale RSL at 10am on a Tuesday. Transport is available to assist you to get to and from the Club if you live in the Hurstville, Kogarah or Rockdale area.
Enjoying lunch
Speech Therapy and Exercise classes are available. A hot lunch is available from the Bistro. An outing is arranged on the second Tuesday of each month. Members are advised of the costs for the monthly external outing.
Stroke support group exercising
Cost: Bus Fare is $4.00 plus a $6.00 weekly fee.(Cost of lunch is extra).
